Staff training and Investors in People

Staff training is organised at a national level by Organisation and Staff Development (OSD). Each region also has a nominated staff training contact, the Staff Training and Development Manager. UNISON is seeking Investors in People status for the whole organisation.

• ·All staff training courses are listed in the Learning Resource and Training Directory available from your staff training contact or Organisation and Staff Development
• Each department or region has people working on IIP activity, usually as part of an IIP Action Team
