Who's who at national office

UNISON's national office is at 1 Mabledon Place, London WC1H 9AJ. This following are based there: the Executive Office, Services to members, including Service Groups, Communications, Legal Services, the Open College and UNISON Welfare, Branch and Regional Development including Learning and Organising Services, Systems Management, Financial Management and Organisation and Staff Development.

Staff

Talk to colleagues and look through the intranet. Make a note of the email addresses of the people in national office who you are likely to have contact with.
Talk to your colleagues to help you draw up a list of all the communications media within Mabledon Place. Get a copy of the most recent copy of each publication.

Members

Find out which publications and mailings are sent to your branch regularly from national office. Get a copy of General Secretary's News. If you are an active member, eg a workplace rep or a steward, do you receive Focus, the union's paper for activists? If not, phone UNISON direct 0845 355 0845 and let them know you'd like to receive it.
