  • Contact your branch secretary and ask them to put you in touch with your workplace representative - often known as a steward - and arrange to meet them to find out more about your branch and how it operates

If you are a member of staff:

  • In regions, ask your line manager about visiting a branch office.
  • All staff: get a copy of the Code of Good Branch Practice and the Branch Directory. How many branches are there in the UK/in your region?
