An organising union is one where members are encouraged to be active and are recruited and organised around workplace issues which are important to them.

  • Information about regional courses will be available from your Regional Education Officer

  • There are training courses for members and staff which introduce the organising approach. Look out for the Organising Challenge or Winning the Organised Workplace (WOW) courses and the Strategic Campaign course.
